House Repossession

We are able to act as agent to any bank or financial institution who has to recover properties from the borrower. We are able to arrange the attendance of Locksmiths and/or tradesmen. Once possession has been achieved we can isolate all utilities etc and provide a full inventory including photographs of the recovered property. The keys can be immediately delivered to a site of your choosing.

Tenant Vetting

Prior to letting property we are able to verify previous addresses, references and credit status of prospective tenants.  Prevention is always better than cure.
