Our dedicated team of process servers are on hand 24 hours a day and are experienced in the serving of any type of legal document. They are also fully conversant with all types of Statements, Certificates and Affidavits once service has been effected.
We are able to attend your office’s or Court and collected/deliver documents as required.
We have found this to be particularly useful where a fast track service has been offered by you to a client. In these situations we are able to attend court with documents, which require a hearing date, listing or sealing and wait while the court completes the necessary process then return them to you or immediately deliver/post to the relevant agent.
This method removes the uncertainty of sending documents to court and waiting for their return.
We are able to offer this service on a fixed fee basis to include all time and mileage etc.
